Imitative Writing for Elementary Students
This is an imitative assessment. This assessment can be used for imitative writing for beginning English learners in elementary schools. It is an informal and formative assessment which can be used after teaching how to write alphabets to the students and see if students got it or not. This assessment is practical for teachers to grade because it only has 2 things to grade and it is very easy to see if the student knows how to write an alphabet “A” or “a.” This assessment is also very reliable because it basically tells the teacher if the student can write the alphabet correctly or not. Thus regardless of who is grading, the result would be similar. This assessment is authentic because the letter A is used in many words. Overall, this assessment is a good way to find out if students are capable of writing letter A or any other letter.
